What is bravomaestro?

Bravomaestro is a project to spread gastronomic culture and knowledge of outstanding artisan food products.

This store is part of the bravomaestro project.

Do I have to register to shop on bravomaestro?

It isn’t necessary to register and you can check out as a guest.

All you have to do is supply the data necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered.

If instead you decide to register, you’ll be able to make your future purchases more quickly and it will be easier for you to trace your orders.

How can I tell if my order has been cleared?

A page confirming your order will be displayed once you’ve completed it, and you’ll also receive an email message.

If you fail to receive an email within 24 hours, contact us at info@bravomaestro.academy

This will enable us to check your order and update you about it.

What methods of payment are available?

You can pay with the following methods:

  • credit cards: we accept all the main credit cards and payment will be made through the secure Paypal payment, even if you don’t have an account.
    This site will never know your credit card data. Payment will be made to ABM Solutions Snc, the owner of the site and holder of the bravomaestro trademark.
  • bank transfer: payments should be made to ABM Solutions Snc, owner of the site and holder of the bravomaestro trademark.

    The order will be processed when the sum due is credited to the ABM Solutions Snc current account.

    When you have completed your order, you will receive an email of confirmation containing the banking details for payment.

How is the security of my payment guaranteed?

Since payments are made through PayPal, you will never give your credit card number to our website.

PayPal is the most widespread and popular method of payment for on-line shopping and implements the most advanced standards of protection.

It also offers purchaser protection guarantees.

If I’m not satisfied with a product, can I return it?

Unfortunately no, since foodstuffs and beverages are perishable goods*.

Our aim, however, is to make our customers happy, so if you aren’t satisfied with a purchase, please contact us at info@bravomaestro.academy and we’ll do our best to be of service.

*In compliance with art. 64 and ff. of the Consumers’ Code (Decree laws 2005/206), the right to withdrawal is not applicable to agreements for the provision of foodstuffs or beverages or for the delivery of other domestic consumer goods to the consumer’s domicile, place of residence or place of figure.
