Giuseppe Gandino

Giuseppe was one of the star pupils of master confectioner and chef Carlo Arpino.

He joined Arpino’s workshop at the age of 14 and turned his job into a veritable passion.

His cakes and confectionery display all the creativity and quality that distinguished the Pasticceria Arpino shop in Bra in Northern Italy for many years.

I’m all for young people showing off their creativity, even if that may involve making mistakes. Practice makes perfect.
